Our studio transforms your live arrangements into enduring, three-dimensional works of fine art. Heirlooms if you will. By meticulously preserving each individual stem, we capture the exact depth, color, and texture of your cherished memories, encapsulating them safely inside a magnificent shadow box designed to
last a lifetime.

Here is a look inside our intentional, multi-step preservation process:

🌸 1. Arrival & Evaluation:

 

As soon as your flowers arrive at our studio, we carefully photograph your original arrangement for design reference. We then gently deconstruct the bouquet stem-by-stem, evaluating the hydration and structural health/integrity of every bloom to select the best candidates for preservation.

⏳ 2. Methodical 3D Drying:

 

To keep your flowers looking realistic instead of flattened, we submerge them in professional-grade silica gel crystals. This advanced technique draws out moisture while locking in the natural 3D shape, volume, and vibrant color tones of the petals.

🎨 3. Artisan Color Restoration:
 

Natural drying can occasionally cause certain blooms to shift in color tone. To combat this, we use premium artist-grade PanPastels to delicately brush and restore vibrant, true-to-life depth directly onto the petals. This meticulous, hand-painted step ensures your flowers look as radiant as they did on your special day.

🛡️ 4. Two-Step Protective Spraying:

Before framing, your cured flowers undergo a specialized two-spray defense treatment. First, we apply a structural sealant spray to strengthen
the fragile petals and protect them against physical wear. Second, we apply a dedicated UV-resistant block spray to lock in the colors and shield them from fading or yellowing over the years.

📐 5. Custom Artistic Layout & Luxury Velvet:

 

We thoughtfully compose your dried blooms against a premium, plush velvet background in the custom color of your choosing;

choose from White/Black/Red/Blue. We then meticulously layer your focal flowers and accent greenery against the velvet to create a balanced, visually stunning 3D design that perfectly captures a living portrait of your special day.

🧪 6. High-Premium Structural Bond:

​

To ensure your design stands the test of time, we mount your arrangement using hidden, specialized high-premium adhesives.

This professional-grade bonding agent is designed to stay completely secure over the years, ensuring your flowers never shift, slip, or detach within the frame.

🖼️ 7. Archival Mounting & Seal:

​

Once the structural bond is fully set, we seamlessly enclose your completed canvas inside an extra-deep shadow box frame. The glass is polished, the backing is sealed to repel environmental dust and humidity, and your finished heirloom is safely packaged for its journey home.

✨ The Preservation Timeline:

 

Because true organic preservation and artisan design cannot be rushed and due to the fact that we only allow a total of 6 orders a month, our custom shadow boxes carry a turnaround time of approximately 4-8 weeks.
